I owe my entire breastfeeding relationship to LLL. My son and I had a very rough start breastfeeding and had no support from our medical provider (low production, tongue tie, latching issues, nipple pain, and more). I contacted LLL and received an abundance of support from the leaders and members. I was ready to give up countless times, but each time I would reach out to LLL first (usually in tears) and would get so much great advice and reassurance that I could overcome what I was experiencing. It took us 5 long weeks, but we are now exclusively breastfeeding and I can’t thank LLL enough for giving my son and me this beautiful gift.
